Job Description

Manual Machining, working with calipers, schematics, hand tools. 

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, tooling changes, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle

• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)

• Start and finish a brush at the beginning and end of the machine's operation

• Feed raw material into the machine

• Inspect parts with measuring tools

Troubleshoot faulty operation of machines periodically

Fix issues that might occur during the shift

Check output to ensure quality and spot any mistakes or flaws

• Keep records of material requisition, jobs times etc.
