Job Description

Immediately seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

Sales Group provides professional sales, logistics and other marketing services for manufacturers of fine Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor Living products!

Support for Outside Sales:

  • Display Proposals/ Orders
  • Credit Applications/ Quotes
  • Literature Requests/ General Inquiries

Customer Service:

  • Pricing Orders/ Processing Buy/ Sell Orders
  • Technical Support
  • Order/ Out of Stock Updates
  • Inquiries– Inventory
  • Water Conditioning


  • Update Records Daily
  • Add Leads to CRM
  • Pull Queries as Needed

Special Projects As Needed

Backup Duties: Operator Calls/ Order Entry

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1‐3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of incoming calls.

Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion.

Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.

Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.

Must be able to type 40 wpm, proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word! Must be tested!

Pay is hourly $13 – $16 BOE

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

90 Day Probationary Period / Benefits after 90 Days

Must be able to pass a drug test and submit to a pre-employment background check.
