Interview and Screening Process
Pro HR Staffing is dedicated to attracting top talent to ensure availability of quality candidates for our clients. When it comes to selecting the best candidates, our searches exceed the traditional job boards, user groups, internal databases, career fairs, trade shows and networking events. We also look to local junior colleges, universities and alumni associations. In addition to these resources, some of our most outstanding candidates are from client and candidate referrals.
Through pre-screening and recruiting, the following procedures are taken to identify the qualified candidates we represent:
- Initial screening telephone interview
- An in-person interview
- Management approval of employment packet and resume
- Skill assessment testing, when applicable
- Minimum 5 year employment verification
- Criminal background check
- Credit check, per client request
- Illegal drug testing, per client request
- Math and Measurement testing
- All CDL Drivers include: Current MVR, current medical DOT card, proof of driving privileges, and DOT drug screening
- Forklift Operators include: Proof of forklift certification, written forklift test, and 6 panel drug screen
Once the necessary information is obtained, we can then consider the employee candidate for a position best suited for them as well as our customers. |
